  • We have gone through a nightmare with the insurance company. There should be some kind of law about hospital being able turn patients down base on their disability. I am sorry if what I am about to say may offend someone but people  who chooses to  be drunks  and drug addicts get better treatment than my daughter has. They chose to take that drink and those drugs. Elisa nor our family chose Autism. We have been through something the last several days that was so terrible.

  • I agree with you.  I don't know much about autism, but it seems to me, anything that autism causes that needs professional help should be allowed and seen about, just like any other chronic or serious illness.  It is a shame you all had to go through a nightmare.

  • Trina, you have NOTHING to apologize for! it's true and it's very sad! I was watching the Today show and they had a couple on who's son has autism, they started that group "Autism Speaks"  they are trying hard to change things, they said that most DR's don't even learn about autism in school??????? what is up with that? Got me so angry,

    I will be praying for Elisa and You, I miss not getting to your site for updates, my pc is so messed up, I am on Lisa's right now...

  • Trina I am sorry about the mess you have been going thru.  You are right on about those who choose drugs and all getting better treatment as opposed to those that are born with what they have.  I doesn't make sense but alot in of things don't add up.  Keep hanging strong!  "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."  Philippians 4:19
